The Helper Series Schedule  Management System consists of two distinct types of displays: a planner-like Schedule Manager, and the To-Do Manager list view that offers unlimited  flexibility in displaying your commitments on your own terms.

The Helper Series will automatically notify you of scheduling conflicts when entering new reminders and automatic alarms notify you of upcoming appointments. A built in "snooze" feature allows you postpone events for anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours.

The Helper Series Schedule Management System  can also be easily customized to display the daily start and end time period as well as default time interval for each employee. Designed to provide in-depth scheduling support for you entire office, the Helper Series Scheduling System can easily be configured to make your schedule as open or as secure as you like. Additionally, personal, workgroup, and global reminder settings allow  you to quickly create planner items for entire groups of people.
